Virtual Choir Video 2020

During the Covid-19 Pandemic lock-down, members of Kingston Choral Society came together virtually to perform the Alleluia from Handel’s Coronation Anthem The King shall rejoice.

Congratulations to the 38 KCS members who submitted their individual recordings of the piece. Although our concert sadly had to be cancelled due to the pandemic, we finally managed to perform this chorus in a socially isolated manner. Thanks to our MD Andrew Griffiths for the instruction and guide track videos and to Ray Elmitt for ‘sewing’ the tracks together. Well done to all who participated! Now sit back and enjoy…

Socially Distanced Performance of Allelulia from Handel's Coronation Anthems
