 sohn\n\nJoin Kingston Choral Society in an evening of sublime tunes and un
 paralleled drama featuring Mendelssohn’s Elijah. Composed in 1846 Elijah
  was an instant success. The Times reviewer wrote “Never was there a mor
 e complete triumph”.  \n\nConducted by Gavin Roberts with accompanist Da
 vid Syrus\, the evening offers a great opportunity to sing wonderful music
  and learn more about this terrific piece. \n\nTickets are £5 for members
 \, £10 for non-members and £5 for under 18s/full-time students. Scores c
 an be hired for £2. Ticket price includes an interval drink and a portion
  of cake. Please arrive at 7.15pm. The evening will commence at 7.30pm. \n
