 all\, alongside a superb quartet of soloists and the period instruments of
  The Purcell Orchestra\, to perform perhaps the greatest piece of choral m
 usic ever written: J.S. Bach's mighty Mass in B Minor. Intended as a compe
 ndium of everything that Bach had achieved in his lifetime\, it contains m
 usic of every kind: majestic\, overwhelming choruses\, magnificent fugues\
 , and arias of heart-rending beauty.\n\nBach: Mass in B Minor\n\nSoloists:

 nAnna Devin has performed on some of the world’s great stages\, includin
 g The Royal Opera\, La Scala Milan\, Teatro Reale Madrid\, the BBC Proms a
 nd Carnegie Hall.\n\nKatie Bray sings regularly for Opera North\, English 
 National Opera and English Touring Opera\, and makes her debut with Welsh 
 National Opera this season.\n\nNick Pritchard makes his Royal Opera House 
 debut this season in Monteverdi’s The Return of Ulysses\, and has sung f
 or Opera North\, Opera Holland Park\, English Touring Opera and the Aldebu
 rgh Festival.\n\nDingle Yandell makes his debut with Scottish Opera this s
 eason\, and has sung for Garsington\, Bach Collegium Japan\, Arcangelo\, G
 abrieli Consort\, Early Opera Company. He is currently an Orchestra of the
