 n of English music. We perform superb anthems by Elgar\, Wood\, Balfour Ga
 rdiner and Jonathan Dove alongside Parry's I was glad (chosen in honour of
  the Queen's Platinum Jubilee) before moving into the secular realm with C
 ecilia McDowall's exuberant A Fancy of Folksongs and the delightful cycle 
 And since to look at things in bloom\, a 2013 commission by KCS from our f
 ormer Musical Director Graham Ross. This cycle of five songs celebrates th
 e beauties of nature\, setting words by Wilbye\, Ben Jonson\, Tennyson\, C
