Haydn The Creation
Haydn’s brilliant and breathtaking musical invention propels us from the opening representation of chaos, to the joyous meeting of Adam and Eve. It evokes the miraculous origins of light and water, and the wondrous variety of animal life with awe, delight and humour. For the first time, KCS performs this piece with an orchestra of period instruments, bringing even more colour to this ever-popular music.
