Radiant music for a midsummer evening, including four Schubert Partsongs, luscious settings by Samuel Barber and Morten Lauridsen of Sure on this Shining Night, and the beautiful Canticles of Light by Bob Chilcott. The programme also includes music by Schubert for piano duet, performed by KCS’s accompanist Gavin Roberts and music director Andrew Griffiths.
